About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drives sales growth and strengthens customer relationships within an assigned market
  • Maximizes revenue from existing accounts while generating new business by engaging customers, vendors, and branch operations
  • Expands and retains the customer base by building long‑term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Develops and executes territory and annual sales plans to exceed revenue targets
  • Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement
  • Promotes product offerings and stays current on industry innovations
  • Plans and executes vendor programs and promotions to increase sales
  • Supports branch operations to ensure efficient processes and customer service
  • Provides performance reporting and insights to sales leadership
  • Leverages data, business reviews, and digital tools to optimize sales performance
  • Represents the company at industry events and trade shows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in landscape and irrigation, or pool/aquatics industry
  • Proven success in B2B sales, including managing multi‑million‑dollar territories
  • Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies and practices
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
