Prepare cost estimates for commercial landscape projects including irrigation and landscape
Support the full bid process—from initial review through submission
Partner with sales team to align estimates
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to gather pricing and availability
Assist with project handoffs to sales team, ensuring clear scope and expectation
Help track job performance vs. estimate to improve future accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–4+ years of experience in landscape estimating, construction estimating, or project coordination
Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and bid documents
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple bids at once
Comfortable working in estimating tools
Strong communication skills
