About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and maintain the enterprise Security Awareness Program
- Plan, coordinate, and execute phishing simulation campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report security awareness and phishing metrics using established reporting tools
- Develop and distribute security awareness communications and educational materials
- Coordinate required cybersecurity awareness training activities across the organization
- Maintain awareness program documentation and records to support compliance and audit requirements
- Assist with preparation of reports supporting regulatory requirements, audits, and management reviews
- Recommend improvements to awareness activities based on metrics, emerging threats, and industry best practices
- Assist with governance, risk, and compliance initiatives as assigned
- Participate in continuous improvement activities supporting the organization's cybersecurity program
- Perform related work as assigned

What you’ll need- Knowledge of information security awareness principles
- Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals
- Knowledge of security awareness and phishing simulation platforms
- Knowledge of reporting and data analysis techniques
- Knowledge of compliance and audit support activities
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and training activities
