Lead the modernization and complete rewrite of an enterprise .NET application
Oversee the project from initiation through implementation
Ensure successful delivery while managing scope, risks, timelines, budget, and stakeholder expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

7–8+ years of Program/Project Management experience
Experience leading legacy system migration, refactoring, or application modernization projects
Strong knowledge of Application Architecture, Refactoring, Re-architecting, and Rebuilding Strategies
Experience with Cloud Technologies, Microservices, and modern DevOps practices
Experience with Clarity PPM, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and other Project & Portfolio Management tools
Strong experience in project planning, risk management, scope management, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
Ability to lead cross-functional teams across development, operations, security, and business units
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
PMP or PMI-ACP certification required (Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus)
