About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead quality assurance and test automation efforts to modernize legacy state infrastructure into scalable, cloud-based Salesforce solutions.
Build scalable test automation frameworks.
Validate complex integrations across legacy state systems.
Ensure high reliability, security, and compliance with state and federal standards.
Automate End-to-End Workflows: Create automated test scripts covering complex business processes.
Develop automated tests for REST/SOAP APIs to validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Salesforce Architects, and Business Analysts to define test strategies.
Own the automated regression testing suite and execute sanity/smoke tests before and after major Salesforce releases.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data structures, Apex basics, LWC, and administrative capabilities.
Strong experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#
Automation Tools: Provar, Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, UTAM (User Interface Test Automation Model), or Cucumber/BDD frameworks.
API Tools: Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
DevOps/Tools: Jira, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Copado, or AutoRABIT.
Salesforce Certified Administrator/Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect (or similar developer/platform certs).
