About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports Agile project management activities for cloud-related initiatives and operational work by coordinating sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement sessions, operational work reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Monitors sprint and operational work progress and assist with tracking work completion, dependencies, service requests, operational priorities, and project milestones using Agile project management and ticketing tools.
- Identifies and escalates project risks, impediments, blocked work items, operational concerns, and issues that may impact project schedules, cloud services, or deliverables.
- Works with technical teams, cloud engineers, architects, operations staff, vendors, and business stakeholders to document project scope, operational requirements, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Assists with business analysis activities and prepares supporting documentation to facilitate implementation, operational readiness, and organizational change management efforts.
- Deep knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies (scrum, kanban, etc.).
- Handles communication and coordination activities among Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, and Cloud Architecture teams to support alignment of priorities, operational activities, project delivery objectives, and cloud service improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience supporting Agile project management, Scrum delivery practices, or operational coordination activities
- Experience using project management, ticketing, collaboration, or work tracking tools
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), scrum principles, agile values and the ability to coach teams
- Certification such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Digital Leader
