About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead IT procurement activities, contract renewals, and procurement planning.
- Develop and review RFQs, RFPs, SOWs, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, legal, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Manage vendor implementation projects, timelines, deliverables, risks, and budgets.
- Track procurement milestones, renewals, policy exceptions, and contract performance.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for contract compliance and vendor management.
- Prepare project status reports, documentation, and governance artifacts.
- Support project implementation and technology procurement initiatives from planning through completion.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- 2+ years of Business Analysis experience
- 1+ year of Procurement experience
- 1+ year of RFx (RFP/RFQ) Development
- 1+ year of Statement of Work (SOW) Development
