Support both Security Operations and IT Help Desk teams by assisting with incident management
Track vulnerabilities and provide technical support
Monitor networks and assist in compliance initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of Information Security support experience
2+ years of Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience
Experience with Microsoft Server and Workstation Operating Systems
Experience with Microsoft 365 / O365 administration and support
Experience with incident reporting and ticketing systems
Experience with network and computer security tools
Experience reviewing and analyzing security logs and reports
Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and best practices
Knowledge of business process analysis methodologies
Experience with Tenable and Splunk
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Associate Degree or current IT certifications
