What you’ll need

4+ years of experience using formal requirements gathering methodologies
4+ years of experience developing business, functional, and non-functional requirements
4+ years of experience developing Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)
Experience conducting facilitated workshops and stakeholder interviews
Experience creating workflows using BPMN or similar process modeling standards
Strong business process analysis and documentation skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and technical writing skills
Experience creating visual representations of complex business processes
