About the role
- Analyze eServices programs, policies, procedures, and workflows
- Identify and eliminate non-value-added process steps
- Gather and document business and operational requirements
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors
- Support internal and external customers; resolve service issues
- Perform QA testing and assist with system validation
- Prepare reports, surveys, and management studies
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
- Support compliance with tax laws, regulations, and agency policies
- Participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop documentation, manuals, and training materials
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of management or business analysis experience
- At least 1 year of experience in tax-related services, administration, government, or regulatory environments
- Experience providing customer service or technical support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience analyzing business programs, policies, and processes
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
