Help to expand PPM tool capabilities by leading definition through delivery of management processes
Leverage experience with PPM business processes for tool configuration/development
Collaborate with development team’s SDLC from requirements definition through testing
Pilot rollout of module(s) and support expanded use across the enterprise
Create and deliver role-specific training and tips & tricks
Support governance committees that assess, approve, and prioritize PPM tool capabilities
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience
Minimum 3 years of program, portfolio, or agile project management experience
Experience with software testing, training, and user guide development
High proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office suite
PMP, PgMP, PfMP, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL certification preferred
ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience preferred
ServiceNow platform experience preferred
