About the role
- Support the installation and configuration of computers and equipment
- Assist with technical support for users
- Support the configuration of access and permissions
- Assist in the organization and tracking of IT assets
- Support the monitoring and maintenance of the environment

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in:
- Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and operating systems
- Interest in learning about infrastructure and technical support
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Knowledge of Windows or Linux
- Interest in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Salesforce or Google Cloud)
