About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 to 15 sales representatives.
- Set and monitor team performance objectives.
- Motivate, coach, and support team members in achieving their targets.
- Develop product and sales expertise through regular evaluations and personalized coaching.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Native German speaker
