About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Team management and development: Lead and manage a team of approximately ten customer advisors. Set and monitor team performance targets. Motivate, coach and support team members to help them achieve their objectives. Develop the team’s functional and product skills through regular performance reviews, identify development needs and support skill growth. Engage, motivate and retain team members. Provide the team with visibility into project performance and long-term viability.
- Project oversight: Analyze team results and implement action plans to improve performance. Ensure compliance with internal procedures. Manage turnover and absenteeism, taking corrective actions when necessary. Handle production incidents.
- Client / stakeholder management: Actively participate in the preparation and facilitation of production committees. Contribute to delivering added value within the project scope.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Management experience: 2 years
- Proven expertise in telesales
- Required languages: French + English and/or Spanish
