About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with customers throughout the full cycle of solution design, implementation, and support
Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures
Scope Generative AI and Agentic solutions
Plan and deliver tailored product demonstrations and Proof of Value engagements
Partner with sales to identify opportunities, shape proposals, and align customer needs with product capabilities
Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle
Provide hands-on technical guidance and extend the platform with Python-based components, including orchestrators, RAG pipelines, and prompt-engineering frameworks
Design and adapt Frontend BI dashboards and Agentic UIs to visualize AI-driven insights
Communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams
Contribute to AI solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and consultative documentation
Advise customers on Generative AI, agent frameworks, orchestration technologies, adoption strategies, risks, and opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales
Ability to translate complex solutions for technical and business audiences
Strong background in software development and consulting
Experience with Python, APIs, and cloud architectures preferred as the ideal background
Experience with Linux, scripting, and system integration
Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent agent frameworks
Solid understanding of data, NLP, and unstructured information systems
Experience in financial services or insurance is a bonus
Familiarity with Elasticsearch or vector databases is a bonus
Passion for helping enterprises scale AI responsibly
