Product Designer

• Report to Director, Product Design
• Design key product features from concept through delivery
• Advocate for the SQUIRE user, ensuring designs meet their needs and context
• Contribute to the scalability and evolution of our internal design system
• Participate in brainstorming workshops and discovery efforts to gather insights
• Partner with Product Managers and team members to conduct usability testing, both async and live
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
• Translate workflows and systems into clear diagrams to support discussion and decision-making
• Provide design assets to teams supporting marketing and customer engagement, as needed

• Oversee, develop, and manage onboarding and ongoing training for Onboarding and Success teams at SQUIRE across the US, Canada, and the UK
• Create virtual and live instructor-led training, eLearning, video, coaching guides, and other enablement assets
• Collaborate with GTM Enablement, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing and GTM Leadership to build content and training
• Identify opportunities to improve content and training
• Build playbooks and enablement packages; drive data-informed curriculum
• Exhibit independence, problem-solving, collaboration; support post-sales teams
