Key responsibilities & impact

Help scale AI-enabled business process automation across Allstate Protection Plans.
Work at the intersection of operations, data, and technology, partnering closely with business teams and technical counterparts.
Manage complex workstreams end-to-end (from process discovery and solution design through testing, deployment support, and iteration).
Contribute to scalable automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and control.
Apply strong judgment to solve ambiguous problems while aligning with broader team objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, process improvement, automation, or technology-enabled transformation roles.
Experience with AI workflow platforms, agentic AI tools, or intelligent automation frameworks
Demonstrated experience designing, deploying, supporting, or improving workflow automation solutions, ideally including AI-enabled or agentic workflows.
Proven ability to manage complex workstreams and deliver results across multiple stakeholders and systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, modeling, large dataset manipulation)
Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying, transforming, and validating operational datasets
Experience with Python or similar scripting languages for automation, data processing, or workflow validation
Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, system integrations, and workflow orchestration concepts such as decision logic, exception handling, retries, and human-in-the-loop design
Experience with low-code or automation platforms such as Power Automate or similar tools for building and deploying workflows; experience configuring AI workflow platforms is a strong plus
Familiarity with process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts for business audiences.
