As the market leader in protection plans, define and support the delivery and lifecycle management of your product
Collaborate with operations, customer experience, partner management, and technology to understand integration challenges
Contribute to the strategic product vision, roadmap, and backlog
Partner with engineering and global product teams to drive solution design

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience as a product manager within a technology development environment
Experience driving measurable business or product outcomes and delivering through iterative, incremental approaches
BA/BS Degree
Candidate must be located in EST
Experience with APIs, system integrations, or partner onboarding workflows
Knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI)
Previous Scrum Master or Project Management experience
