Product Manager

• Transition the company to a Managed Marketplace model: Optimize for scalable processes and efficient operations.
• Launch new services, including a UGC & Video platform: Connect brands with creators to produce high-quality visual content for e-commerce.
• Optimize for recurring revenue: Enhance product stickiness and encourage long-term engagement with our services and platform.
• Improve the Client Portal: Optimize usability and user satisfaction, as measured by client feedback and retention metrics.
• Streamline internal workflows: Reduce time spent on key processes (order management, planning, logistics, production, reordering, product returns, etc.).
• Enhance the Squareshot website: Lead 3–4 sprints annually, focusing on improving conversion rates, performance, and clarity.
• Generate insights and run experiments: Collect data and conduct user research to form hypotheses and test them through experiments.

Ecommerce

• Research and test the latest AI tools (image, video, 3D, manipulation).
• Create AI-assisted product & model visuals, refine with advanced Photoshop retouching.
• Build and document workflows for scalable production.
• Collaborate with art direction and production teams to deliver client-ready assets.
• Evaluate output quality and continuously improve prompts & processes.

E-commerce Retouching Specialist – Full-time

Art Director

• Develop monthly photoshoot concepts based on the client's needs.
• Build moodboards, references, and clear creative briefs for studio teams.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and retouchers to bring concepts to life.
• Maintain creative consistency across catalog, lifestyle, and campaign imagery.
• Keep a pulse on e-commerce, content, and visual trends to inspire clients.
• Communicate with clients (when needed) to refine direction and ensure alignment.

• Lead creative direction for Squareshot's Subscription clients, translating brand strategy into shoot concepts and creative guidelines.
• Develop monthly photoshoot concepts based on client needs and build moodboards, references, and clear creative briefs for studio teams.
• Collaborate with producers, photographers, stylists, and retouchers to bring concepts to life and deliver high-quality assets.
• Maintain creative consistency across catalog, lifestyle, and campaign imagery.
• Keep a pulse on e-commerce, content, and visual trends to inspire clients.
• Communicate with clients when needed to refine direction and ensure alignment.
• Ensure campaigns feel fresh, on-brand, and conversion-focused to help D2C brands grow.
