About the role

  • Act as a data scientist consultant on risk modeling engagements
  • Data processing: mapping, data quality and stability analysis
  • Development and implementation of climate risk or credit scoring models
  • Modeling of Basel parameters (PD, LGD, etc.)
  • Assessing the impact of climate risk on IFRS 9 provisions and on RWA
  • Design and implementation of climate stress tests
  • Conduct biodiversity risk studies on client portfolios
  • Identification of green assets sensitive to transition, physical, and biodiversity risks

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Statistics (ENSAI, ENSAE, ISUP, ESA, ISFA, engineering grandes écoles, etc.)
  • Substantial hands-on modeling experience in R, Python, or SAS
  • Strong understanding of modeling issues (credit risk parameters, spatial modeling, etc.)
  • Data processing and data quality skills
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
  • Rigour in achieving objectives and strong organizational skills
  • Commitment-oriented mindset and team spirit
  • Fluent English
