About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage people operations end to end, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, accounts, equipment, and paperwork
- Administer HRIS and related people operations systems as the source of truth
- Manage physical office spaces and related paperwork
- Own culture initiatives, team rituals, gifts, swag, and new-hire welcomes
- Run team offsites, including venues, travel, logistics, and agendas
- Organize board meetings, materials, notes, and follow-ups
- Prepare board updates and manage corporate administration
- Handle investor document requests and ongoing investor communications
- Consult with outside counsel on corporate matters
- Review vendor and partner contracts for commercial logic and risks
- Manage document signing and stakeholder alignment through execution
- Own recurring reporting requirements for banking and infrastructure partners
- Manage day-to-day vendor and partner communications
- Work daily with the founders and CBO
- Build internal operational machinery that scales with the company
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in operations, corporate administration, or legal operations at a high-growth startup
- Track record of running high-stakes processes such as board cycles, contract workflows, and people paperwork without drops
- Exceptional organization and follow-through
- Contract fluency sufficient to identify commercially important issues and know when to involve legal counsel
- AI-native approach, with a preference for automating repetitive work
- Comfort handling sensitive information, including compensation, cap table, and board materials
- Comfort working with lawyers, investors, and executives
- Proactive risk identification and problem solving
- Ability to context-switch across operational priorities
- Ability to operate across time zones with a global team
