About the role

  • Serve as the technical owner for integration solutions and play a central role in the success of projects.
  • Lead and mentor technical consultants.
  • Promote best practices and ensure teams’ skills development.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for clients and internal teams.
  • Gather client requirements and draft the specifications.
  • Understand clients’ architecture and application ecosystem.
  • Review APIs and exchange formats (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • Analyze data and integration/exchange issues.
  • Define integration architectures (SOA, API Management, Cloud).
  • Write detailed technical specifications.
  • Design and implement the flows required to connect systems.
  • Develop interfaces and monitoring dashboards.
  • Implement SOA architecture and integration patterns.
  • Perform unit tests and support acceptance testing.
  • Prepare presentation materials for technical committees.
  • Participate in follow-up meetings and ensure communication with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the technology roadmap and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (engineering school or equivalent university degree) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years on data integration and middleware projects.
  • Proven technical leadership experience: team management, multi-project coordination, standards definition.
  • Experience in complex projects within heterogeneous and international IT environments.
  • Confirmed expertise in one or more market ESBs (Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Talend, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi).
  • Strong knowledge of SOA concepts, API Management, integration patterns, and service-oriented architectures.
  • Solid experience in developing and supervising integration flows (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments and security and performance considerations.
  • Ability to design robust and scalable architectures.
  • Facilitation of technical committees and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Contribution to the technology roadmap and continuous improvement of practices.
  • Management of deliverable quality and adherence to standards.
  • Fluent English (international projects).
