About the role

  • Lead teams to contribute to the delivery of digital transformation projects for Finance functions
  • Develop one of the offerings: AMOA / Axway / ERP Cloud / Workday / Data
  • Head a multidisciplinary team
  • Play a driving role in business development and pre-sales
  • Support clients and prospects in defining their digitalization strategy
  • Act as the main client contact and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Graduate of a business school or engineering school (or equivalent university degree)
  • Proven experience leading programs for digital transformation of Finance functions
  • Thorough mastery of finance and accounting processes (Order To Cash, Procure To Pay, Record To Report…)
  • Knowledge of emerging ERPs (Oracle ERP Cloud) and Oracle EPM tools (Hyperion Planning, PBCS, HFM…)
  • Keep up to date with emerging IT technologies
  • Client-centric mindset
  • Significant team management experience
  • Excellent adaptability, communication (oral/written), and leadership skills
  • Fluent English required
