About the role

  • Participate in transformation projects focused on the Finance function
  • Scope projects and gather requirements from users
  • Analyze vendor offers and support decision-making
  • Assess existing systems, align applications and optimize business processes
  • Draft deliverables (requirements specifications, functional specifications, etc.)
  • Support testing and acceptance phases (strategy, planning, execution)
  • Deliver training and support change management
  • Configure the solution
  • Provide user support and corrective/evolutionary maintenance

Requirements

  • Higher education degree (top business school, engineering school, or university background)
  • Proven experience in deploying Information Systems projects
  • Knowledge of business solutions (ERP, TMS, document dematerialization/e-invoicing, etc.)
  • Familiarity with one or more business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, etc.)
  • Knowledge of one or more accounting standards and regulations
  • Strong command of project methodologies such as Agile (or other approaches)
  • Comfortable with technical, application and functional aspects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Autonomous with high attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Fluent English is required
