Responsible for daily operations of a 24/7 operations plant including safety, quality, and management of a team of over 100.
Review current headcount and skillset and align with customer guidance including request for training, recruiting, and sharing resources with other programs.
Analyze reports and assign corrective actions for work quality, employee attendance, and requests needed from clients.
Support daily human resource related activities including timecard approval, employee interviews, employee promotions, employee investigations, employee disciplinary action, and other tasks as needed.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure technical training is given for new hires, promotions, and daily review.
Main point of contact for client meetings.
Ensure transparency of site success with SQA leadership via meetings, KPIs, and clear communication.
Responsible for ensuring site policies are clear, training is given, and applied consistently between onsite SQA management.
Support Program Coordinators to track employee equipment.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow inspection plans and protocols.
Ability to read and interpret basics of an engineering drawing.
Strong organizational and computer skills including Microsoft office suite.
Ability to work effectively within a quality management system.
Must be able to read and write in English.
ITAR Compliant.
Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder) to comply with ITAR.
Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day, crawl in small spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Aerospace industry experience (preferred).
5+ years in a leadership position (preferred).
