About the role
- Act as the primary technical advisor for SpyCloud’s alliance and channel partners, providing training, enablement, and pre-sales support.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor during joint sales engagements with strategic partners.
- Support the alliances team in technical evaluations, requirements gathering, and solution validation.
- Partner with our sales team to present SpyCloud solutions to customers, tailored for unique use cases and environments.
- Leverage SpyCloud data to hunt adversaries and criminals, applying this to specific customer situations.
- Drive channel partnerships through solution architect/SME engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, requirements analysis, and evaluation management.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity presales, solutions engineering, or working with IT security tools in a customer-facing capacity.
- Proven track record working with channel partners, alliances, or enterprise customers in the US market.
- Experience with link analysis tools (e.g., Maltego, IBM I2 Analyst Notebook).
- Strong foundation in cybersecurity domains (IAM, IR, SaaS, OSINT).
- Familiarity with scripting/programming (Python or similar) to support integrations and automation is a plus.
- Experience presenting and demonstrating complex technical solutions in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple demands and operate in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to support partners, customers, and events.
