About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist project managers in all project phases by coordinating schedules, documentation, inspections, and communications.
Conduct site visits to inspect and document progress through photos and written reports.
Analyze project billing to ensure accuracy, create project progress reports, and maintain comprehensive records.
Work with project managers, crew members, clients, and internal departments to assist in the creation of project schedules.
Serve as a liaison between project management and Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounting.
Keep project documentation up to date, including contracts, schedules, reports, and correspondence.
Maintain strong lines of communication with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Contribute to process improvements and recommend best practices to enhance project coordination efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of project coordination experience, particularly in the construction industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Experience with inspections, documentation, and photo management.
Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to job sites throughout Montana.
Familiarity with construction and fiber communication projects is highly preferred.
