About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist project managers in all project phases by coordinating schedules, documentation, inspections, and communications.
- Conduct site visits to inspect and document progress through photos and written reports.
- Analyze project billing to ensure accuracy, create project progress reports, and maintain comprehensive records.
- Work with project managers, crew members, clients, and internal departments to assist in the creation of project schedules.
- Serve as a liaison between project management and Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounting.
- Keep project documentation up to date, including contracts, schedules, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain strong lines of communication with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Contribute to process improvements and recommend best practices to enhance project coordination efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of project coordination experience, particularly in the construction industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Experience with inspections, documentation, and photo management.
- Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to job sites throughout Montana.
- Familiarity with construction and fiber communication projects is highly preferred.
