About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, coordinate, and deliver Genfare programs to ensure a high-quality customer experience
Manage, direct, and coordinate activities across all assigned projects
Guide customers through Genfare’s standard implementation process
Review project proposals or plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allocation
Define and actively manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and issue logs
Coordinate activities of cross-functional project teams to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget
Track, manage, and report project status, deliverables, risks, and key performance indicators to stakeholders
Drive issue resolution and maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders
Requires up to 40% travel

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of project management experience
Experience in Public Transit and/or fare collection systems is required
Technical knowledge in SaaS, on-premises software, mobile applications, electronic payments, and hardware systems
Experience with cloud-based project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
10+ years of technical professional experience
