About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a point of contact for local leaders and employees
Support HR processes and initiatives to meet business objectives
Address day-to-day HR related issues such as performance management and benefits questions
Ensure compliance with HR policies, including employee disciplinary actions
Support the full scope of the employee life cycle including recruiting and onboarding
Maintain HR systems and support compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years HR Generalist experience in manufacturing environment
Experience administering local recruiting, training, and compensation programs
Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, EEO, ADA)
Experience working with Payroll, and Time and Attendance Systems
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field
PHR / SPHR / GPHR / SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP Certification preferred
