About the role
- Oversee robotic gas main rehabilitation projects from planning through completion
- Manage field execution, client coordination, scheduling, reporting, and team leadership
- Monitor project progress across active and upcoming jobs to meet productivity targets
- Maintain and manage crew schedules and field resources
- Serve as primary point of contact for utility clients during field execution
- Provide regular project status updates and participate in weekly coordination calls
- Review and approve daily field reports, close-out documentation, and invoicing
- Assist with hiring efforts, including candidate screening and interviews
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing turnkey field projects in the utility/construction industry
- Strong understanding of gas utility operations and pipeline installation
- Ability to read site plans and maps
- Proven ability to anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and random drug testing
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree or technical trade certification with at least 7 years relevant experience in the natural gas industry
