About the role

  • Achieve revenue and operating profit growth targets in the assigned territory
  • Act as Account Manager responsible for delivering sales goals and exceptional customer service
  • Implement key corporate initiatives and meet with customers to discuss their goals and needs
  • Facilitate information between SPX and the customers
  • Meet booking/revenue numbers for quarters and the year
  • Demonstrate urgency and direction, inspire and lead representatives and associates
  • Work with the cross-functional sales team to maximize sales
  • Develop strategies for quoting opportunities and work with customers

Requirements

  • 3 years of direct sales experience
  • 3 years of Industrial Refrigeration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical field
  • Driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Knowledge of industrial processes, refrigeration design and construction is helpful
  • Aftermarket or distributor sales (representative management) experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to effectively manage data and understand analytics using a CRM / pipeline management tool
