About the role
- Achieve revenue and operating profit growth targets in the assigned territory
- Act as Account Manager responsible for delivering sales goals and exceptional customer service
- Implement key corporate initiatives and meet with customers to discuss their goals and needs
- Facilitate information between SPX and the customers
- Meet booking/revenue numbers for quarters and the year
- Demonstrate urgency and direction, inspire and lead representatives and associates
- Work with the cross-functional sales team to maximize sales
- Develop strategies for quoting opportunities and work with customers
Requirements
- 3 years of direct sales experience
- 3 years of Industrial Refrigeration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical field
- Driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Knowledge of industrial processes, refrigeration design and construction is helpful
- Aftermarket or distributor sales (representative management) experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to effectively manage data and understand analytics using a CRM / pipeline management tool
