About the role

  • Lead and coordinate HR activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and integrations
  • Develop and execute HR integration plans, including organizational design, talent assessment, and change management
  • Administer compensation transition plans in alignment with M&A integration timelines
  • Manage multiple short and long-range projects through all stages of the project life cycle
  • Prepare integrated project plans and report on deliverables, outputs, and progress

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in HR, compensation management, or M&A
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging data analytics and HR systems to analyze, interpret, and reconcile data.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in Problem Solving
  • Strong decision-making skills with a focus on balancing short-term fixes and long-term improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
