About the role
- Lead and coordinate HR activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and integrations
- Develop and execute HR integration plans, including organizational design, talent assessment, and change management
- Administer compensation transition plans in alignment with M&A integration timelines
- Manage multiple short and long-range projects through all stages of the project life cycle
- Prepare integrated project plans and report on deliverables, outputs, and progress
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and project delivery through ongoing evaluation and feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in HR, compensation management, or M&A
- Proven experience in project management
- Demonstrated experience leveraging data analytics and HR systems to analyze, interpret, and reconcile data.
- Demonstrated aptitude in Problem Solving
- Strong decision-making skills with a focus on balancing short-term fixes and long-term improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
