About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead projects to evolve tools and operational processes
- Gather and analyze business requirements from the Operations Department and translate them into functional specifications
- Represent the Operations Department to the IT department (DSI)
- Provide functional oversight of projects and enhancements
- Organize and manage business acceptance testing (UAT)
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (equivalent to Bac+4/5) such as a business school degree, Master's in Project Management, or MIAGE (Computer Science applied to Business Administration)
- Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in a services environment, client relations, or digital transformation is a plus
