About the role
- Provide support and help maintain employment for employees in the private household employers and in-home services sector.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of employees' socio-professional situations.
- Guide employees in their procedures and interactions with social agencies.
- Refer employees to specialized organizations for skills assessments and professional reorientation.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team (occupational physicians, occupational health nurses - IDEST, occupational risk prevention specialists - IPRP, etc.).
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in occupational health (preferred)
- Knowledge of relevant social agencies (CPAM, MDPH, AGEFIPH, CAP EMPLOI, FRANCE TRAVAIL, CARSAT)
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to innovation and the prevention of professional exclusion
