About the role

  • Provide support and help maintain employment for employees in the private household employers and in-home services sector.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of employees' socio-professional situations.
  • Guide employees in their procedures and interactions with social agencies.
  • Refer employees to specialized organizations for skills assessments and professional reorientation.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team (occupational physicians, occupational health nurses - IDEST, occupational risk prevention specialists - IPRP, etc.).

Requirements
