About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize rental of the assigned property portfolio
- Conduct property viewings as well as move-in and move-out inspections and handovers
- Prepare and draft tenancy agreements
- Correspond with owners, tenants, authorities and external service providers
- Implement rent adjustments
- Independently manage the assigned property portfolio
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally in real estate
- Relevant experience in property management and the tasks listed above
- Strong service- and customer-orientation and high quality standards
- Structured, methodical and independent way of working
- Reliability, personal responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to try new approaches and take initiative
- Proactive attitude and willingness to ask questions when support is needed
- Experience with various ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Driver's license (Class B)
