Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leasing the portfolio of properties assigned to you
Conduct property viewings as well as move-in and move-out inspections
Prepare and draft rental agreements
Correspond with owners, tenants, authorities and external service providers
Carry out rent adjustments
Independently manage the portfolio of properties assigned to you

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in the real estate sector
Experienced in property management with relevant practical experience in the described responsibilities
Strong service orientation and high quality standards
Structured and methodical, with the ability to work independently
Highly reliable, self-responsible and a team player
Willingness to learn and try new approaches
Proactive and asks for support when needed
Experienced with various ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Valid driving licence (Class B)
