About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports the U.S. and global employee benefits lifecycle.
  • Serves as a key contact for enrollments, resource navigation, claims, and wellbeing programs.
  • Ensures benefit alignment with organizational goals, compliance, and employee retention.
  • Partners cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, HRIS, brokers, and vendors to optimize operational efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Administers enrollments, life events, beneficiaries, COBRA, terminations, and claims.
  • Resolves complex eligibility, enrollment, payroll, carrier, and claims issues.
  • Coordinates with brokers, carriers, and vendors for seamless administration.
  • Supports country-specific benefit programs and international vendor relationships.
  • Analyzes enrollment trends, utilization metrics, and reports to guide strategy.
  • Prepares metrics, reports, and data analyses using Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years in benefits administration OR 3+ years as an HR Generalist heavily focused on benefits
  • Knowledge of HR concepts, practices, procedures, and benefits regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on experience managing benefits modules within an HRIS
  • Strong organization, analytics, and oral/written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience with Self-Insured Plans (preferred)
  • Experience with global benefits or international HR management (preferred)
  • Specific Workday and ADP experience (preferred)
  • CEBS and/or PHR certification (preferred).
