About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Integrated Marketing Managers
  • Define and drive integrated marketing strategies spanning the full funnel
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Revenue teams
  • Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns
  • Ensure alignment and continuity across demand generation and lifecycle programs
  • Guide the use of segmentation, customer insights, and performance data to inform strategy
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics, monitor results, and refine programs
  • Drive a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including SaaS or subscription-based business model, with at least 2+ years in formal people management role
  • 8+ years developing and running integrated marketing campaigns in a SaaS or subscription-based environment, supporting both new business acquisition and customer expansion
  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing within a SaaS or subscription-based business
  • Fluency and skill in developing data-driven campaign plans, measuring expected outcomes and adapting based on performance
  • Strong strategic thinking skills coupled with operational execution focus
  • Fluency and skill with social media
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
