About the role

  • Evaluate end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Lead working sessions and process labs to redesign workflows and align stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a scalable knowledge base that supports operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business transformation, operations, management consulting, or change management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and leading structured process improvement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and guide cross-functional problem-solving discussions.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and supporting organizational adoption.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience documenting processes and building structured knowledge repositories (Confluence or similar tools).
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis, process insights, or knowledge management.
