Key responsibilities & impact

The Program Manager serves as the central point of accountability for overall contract execution, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication across a multi-disciplinary information technology (IT) services environment.
The role coordinates work across engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, development, and support teams while ensuring that deliverables, schedules, risks, and customer communications are managed effectively.
This role is the overall point of contact for the work.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ten years of experience in program or project management, including federal information technology (IT) or cybersecurity programs.
Ability to quantify and communicate specific recommendations in written and verbal formats.
Working understanding of IT and cybersecurity capabilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple concurrent activities.
Attention to detail and the ability to define requirements and prepare task proposals, including budget and schedule development.
Experience with project management tools, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and evaluate deliverables against requirements.
Ability to meet federal screening and suitability requirements prior to start.

This contract authorizes remote work, but personnel may be required to work on-site at the customer's facilities in Washington, DC at the customer's discretion.
All personnel must complete background screening and fingerprinting before starting work. This role requires a Public Trust Tier 2 suitability determination.
