About the role
- Responsible for leading and executing HR operations.

Requirements
- Leading and executing end-to-end HR operations that support the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and international audit standards.
- Oversight of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in alignment with Data Privacy Act and audit standards.
- Lead HR’s participation in audits and ensure timely submission of evidence and plans.
- Review and update HR policies for compliance with regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues.
- Manage payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Drive performance management cycle and support development initiatives.
- Lead employee engagement programs and culture initiatives.
- Oversee office operations and vendor management for a productive workplace.
