Requirements

  • Leading and executing end-to-end HR operations that support the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and international audit standards.
  • Oversight of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in alignment with Data Privacy Act and audit standards.
  • Lead HR’s participation in audits and ensure timely submission of evidence and plans.
  • Review and update HR policies for compliance with regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues.
  • Manage payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Drive performance management cycle and support development initiatives.
  • Lead employee engagement programs and culture initiatives.
  • Oversee office operations and vendor management for a productive workplace.
