- Sprout Social is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Partnerships Director to lead and scale our most mission-critical relationships across social networks, platforms, and technology ecosystems. This high-impact role sits within our product organization, giving you direct influence over roadmap discussions, prioritization, and long-term product direction. - What you\'ll do:\n
- Own and expand strategic platform relationships with social networks and key technology partners—driving long-term alignment and shared value.\n
- Lead Sprout’s first-to-market product strategy with partners by identifying integration opportunities, advocating for API access and roadmap visibility, and aligning internal resourcing.\n
- Build and execute joint business plans and quarterly business reviews with C-level and VP stakeholders across both organizations.\n
- Translate partner capabilities into product outcomes, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.\n
- Evaluate new partnership opportunities and shepherd them from pitch through launch and scale.\n
- Structure and negotiate high-impact agreements, balancing speed, scale, and strategic risk.\n
- Develop and manage reporting and financial tracking of strategic partnership activities\n
- Stay ahead of competitive trends and identify white space opportunities for growth, innovation, and differentiation.\n
- Serve as Sprout’s ambassador at select industry events, conferences, and partner summits.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience building and managing strategic partnerships, ideally with or within large social networks or enterprise technology platforms.\n
- Demonstrated success owning senior executive relationships and influencing long-term product and business roadmaps.\n
- Strong technical fluency, with the ability to identify integration opportunities and assess partner APIs for alignment with internal capabilities.\n
- Deep cross-functional leadership experience, especially with product and engineering stakeholders.\n
- Experience working in high-growth, matrixed environments.\n
- Willingness and ability to travel at least quarterly for partner engagements.
