About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will own the Bay Area startup market as Sprinto's dedicated Founding Account Executive in the region.
- You are building from the ground up: sourcing your own pipeline, establishing Sprinto's presence in the Bay Area startup and technology ecosystem, and closing full-cycle deals independently.
- Your buyers are founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of Security at fast-growing tech startups with 20 to 500 employees.
- Deals average $3,000 to $8,000 in ACV on a 30 to 60 day sales cycle.
- You will report directly to the Sales Director and work alongside the Bay Area Regional Leader.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 3 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of quota attainment
- At least 1 year of structured, high-volume outbound experience. This is non-negotiable. If you have not built pipeline from scratch, this role is not the right fit.
- Experience selling to startup or technology company buyers, with comfort navigating founder, CTO, and engineering leadership conversations
- Strong discovery discipline. You ask before you pitch, and you know the difference between a qualified conversation and a polite one.
- A genuine appetite for field and community selling. You see a founder meetup as a pipeline opportunity, not a networking obligation.
- Bay Area based or demonstrably committed to being present in the market
- High energy, high ownership, and a bias toward action without waiting for direction
