About the role
- Oversee all aspects of clinical quality assurance
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HEDIS quality measures
- Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer on quality improvement initiatives
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning
- Build and maintain quality assurance programs with clear KPIs and reporting
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to optimize clinical workflows
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence
Requirements
- Clinical degree (RN, PA, NP, or MD/DO) with active licensure
- 7+ years of progressive clinical experience, including 3+ years in quality management or training leadership
- Deep understanding of clinical quality standards, patient safety principles, and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience developing and scaling training programs for clinical staff
- Strong knowledge of HEDIS measures, value-based care, and quality improvement methodologies
- Experience in home health, mobile health, or similar non-traditional care settings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Proficiency with quality management systems and learning management platforms
