About the role
- Lead and develop a team of Clinical Support Specialists and Clinical Nurses
- Ensure clinicians and patients experience seamless care delivery
- Build high-performing teams, establish accountability through data-driven performance management
- Manage clinical escalations and continue refining support workflows to scale efficiently
- Drive operational excellence and strategic improvements
Requirements
- Active RN compact license
- 3+ years of healthcare operations, clinical support, or related management experience
- Demonstrated success managing and developing teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, trend identification, and performance metrics
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with EHR systems and familiarity with clinical workflows and terminology
- Scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment
- Self-directed with the ability to identify priorities and drive initiatives with minimal oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate across departments
- Proven ability to implement and maintain performance management systems
- Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt as the organization evolves
