About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own CCaaS Sales Across Territory
  • Drive net-new revenue for Sprinklr’s CCaaS and AI solutions across assigned APAC markets
  • Identify, shape, and close large, complex enterprise deals
  • Act as the specialist sales lead for all CCaaS opportunities
  • Partner with Core Sales Team
  • Support a targeted set of high-value accounts to expand CCaaS footprint
  • Influence account strategy and deal positioning early in the sales cycle
  • Build and Execute Pipeline
  • Engage senior stakeholders including CMOs, CTOs, and Heads of CX
  • Position Sprinklr’s AI-powered CCaaS capabilities
  • Act as AI and CCaaS SME
  • Build Partner Ecosystem

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years enterprise software sales experience
  • Strong experience selling complex SaaS solutions into large enterprises
  • Demonstrated success closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Skilled in influencing senior decision-makers and building executive relationships
  • Comfortable operating as a specialist overlay in a matrixed sales environment
  • Strong understanding of customer experience, contact centre, or AI-led transformation
  • Highly proactive in building pipeline and driving opportunities independently
