About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure customers receive the best onboarding experience
- Act as internal escalation point and point of contact for clients
- Configure the Sprinklr product for various brands and industries
- Provide social insights and recommendations
- Design and configure appropriate Sprinklr solutions
- Ensure client training and education on the platform
- Complete platform deployment anticipating future client needs
- Provide consulting advice during project implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Ability to rapidly learn new technical skills
- Experience deploying Voice and Non Voice Contact center applications
- Knowledge of Voice protocols
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM systems
- Experience with telecom, call center integration, and VoIP applications
- Have experience in Groovy and Javascript
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
