About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure customers receive the best onboarding experience
Act as internal escalation point and point of contact for clients
Configure the Sprinklr product for various brands and industries
Provide social insights and recommendations
Design and configure appropriate Sprinklr solutions
Ensure client training and education on the platform
Complete platform deployment anticipating future client needs
Provide consulting advice during project implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
Ability to rapidly learn new technical skills
Experience deploying Voice and Non Voice Contact center applications
Knowledge of Voice protocols
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM systems
Experience with telecom, call center integration, and VoIP applications
Have experience in Groovy and Javascript
Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
