About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and scale the global Deal Desk function supporting enterprise and strategic sales motions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership on deal structuring, pricing strategy, contract terms, and approval governance.
  • Drive consistency and operational excellence across quote-to-close processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategic Finance, or Commercial Operations.
  • 5+ years managing teams in high-growth enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Proven experience supporting complex global enterprise sales organizations.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce, CPQ platforms, and quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and negotiation support skills.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
