About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and scale the global Deal Desk function supporting enterprise and strategic sales motions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership on deal structuring, pricing strategy, contract terms, and approval governance.
- Drive consistency and operational excellence across quote-to-close processes.
- Review and approve complex/non-standard commercial terms including pricing, discounting, ramp structures, multi-year agreements, and payment schedules.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategic Finance, or Commercial Operations.
- 5+ years managing teams in high-growth enterprise SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
- Proven experience supporting complex global enterprise sales organizations.
- Deep experience with Salesforce, CPQ platforms, and quote-to-cash workflows.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and negotiation support skills.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
