Key responsibilities & impact

Join the Enterprise Business Intelligence team at Sprinklr
Collaborate with teams across the organization to embrace AI
Engineer underlying data sources for predictive capabilities, natural language modeling, and AI
Design Al/ML algorithms for data-driven insights and recommendations
Lead and manage the data science and AI solutions lifecycle
Develop and deploy predictive models and recommendation models
Work with leaders, product engineers, and user experience researchers
Maintain understanding of business KPIs to ensure model relevance
Create and maintain dashboards using PowerBI
Mentor team members on data and analytical projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Masters or PhD in a field that is emphasized in building and maintaining machine learning models
5+ years of work experience in the field of Data Science
5+ years of work on articulating the value of the models
Experience with Snowflake (Snowpark is a plus)
Advanced experience with Python, R, SQL
Experience in working with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Consumption and Operational data
Experience in building data visualization reports and dashboards
Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Advanced presentation skills to share key insights with executives and stakeholders
Experience with data management and understanding of data structures
