Assist in automating GRC and Customer Trust workflows (customer RFPs, questionnaires, evidence collection, issue tracking, audit readiness, and customer assurance).
Help design and maintain metrics, dashboards, and KPIs (audits, vendor risk, customer requests, remediation tracking, SLA performance).
Support data reconciliation and reporting across systems (e.g., GRC tools, Salesforce, spreadsheets, and internal trackers) to improve accuracy and consistency.
Build lightweight automation using scripts, workflows, or low-code tools to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
Document processes and create repeatable, well-defined workflows that can be scaled across the team-defined workflows.
Assist with Customer Trust reporting, including preparation of metrics and artefacts used in customer audits, questionnaires, and executive updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into practical automation or reporting solutions.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Security, or a related field
Strong interest in automation, data analysis, and process improvement
Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivots); SQL and Python is a plus
Familiarity with scripting or low-code /workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate, Apps Script, Zapier, Jira/Confluence automations) is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to document processes clearly
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment with reliable time-zone overlap
Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) for data analysis, visualization, documentation, or workflow automation, with an understanding of responsible use of sensitive information.
Interest in security, compliance, risk, or customer trust (prior experience not required)
